Kleine Freiheit in Weiden

We mainly come to the Kleine Freiheit to eat pizza and are absolutely satisfied. Anyone expecting original Italian pizzas is wrong here. I would say the pizza is more Germanized: thicker base, lots of toppings and cheese. Everything a pizza lover desires is included and if you haven't found a pizza on the menu, you can build it yourself. What I think is great is that you can choose between spelled and wheat dough. In addition to the pizzas, the salads are absolutely great. The drink selection is solid too. The ambience is normal but completely ok. But we prefer to be outside in the beer garden. There is a large sandpit and playground for the children. The conditions are fixed and very friendly. The prices are ok too.

The beer garden and the ambience are really nice, especially in the late afternoon or early evening, the flair is great with the setting sun. Food tastes good, but it gets a bit tight for good eaters, portions are rather small and clear at high prices.

Delicious dishes fresh from the kitchen, fast staff and a great beer garden atmosphere. We recommend! 👍🏻

On Saturday evening at around 8 p.m. half the menu was sold out (cold dishes!), The rest of the food was cold. Tortillas, pasta, pizza didn't taste like anything. Prices are totally overpriced. Not even crispy tortilla chips ... And then waited 45 minutes for everything in the almost empty beer garden One star for the nice but haphazard service.

But a little too small for me Salad very good and fresh The sweet afterwards was delicious Food was quick and hot Was pleasantly surprised and would love to come back soon thank you

This is a wonderful little spot for dinner when the weather is nice and the kids can play outside.

Really very good pizza with spicy salami eaten. We sat in the beer garden under big trees in the shade. The children can play beautifully in the large sandy playground. The service was nice and fast. The prices were however slightly increased for a beer garden.

We were only there for a beer. Came right when the beer garden opened, barely 30 minutes later, over half of the tables were already occupied - so I recommend early to come. The waitresses were quite fast and friendly. There is a snack menu and then another menu, from the view of some plates in the past we decided to go back soon to eat again. Directly at the beer garden is a small playground for the children and there are still a few fields to the highway, it is also quite quiet. By bike you can go here very nice.

Great economy with a great atmosphere. The beer garden is also a true dream enjoyment, incl children's playground. Very well connected to the bike or footpath via the flood channel ... A real must here is always the pizza, a real culinary treat ...

Man oh man!! I am pretty stingy with the 5 star, but this place earned it!! The salads are huge and delicious. The crepes and pasta are on point!! They have pizza, Italian pasta, and crepes galore (sweet and meat). The staff is great and bilingual, and they tolerated our attempts at German. The Biergarten is at a dead end with a huge playground for kids. It’s the kind of place where “nothing leads to something!” Go!!
